**Forms required for the new school year will be mailed to each child’s home address around August 20th.‍ ‍

• 2026-2027 School Year Program and Registration Information (including tuition rates)

• 2025-2026 Supply Lists (we usually update supply lists in July)

• Parent Handbook 25-26

• Child Profile Form

• Child's Medical Statement

• Child Enrollment and Health Information Form *updated

• 25-26 Policy Agreement (Please read the Parent Handbook and sign the policy agreement form)

• Additional forms required for students with health conditions, allergies, or food restrictions. Please contact the office for additional forms.

• A copy of certified Birth Certificate is required for Kindergarten students.
